Well in movies and TV, the students always giver the teacher an apple for whatever reason. My question to you is have you ever give your teacher an apple? Have you ever seen someone give a teacher an apple? If you are a teacher, has a student ever given you an apple?

I have never given my teacher an apple, nor have I witnessed anyone else do it.

I gave my teacher one in kindergarten because I saw it a lot in cartoons and in movies and other stuff so I thought it was the right thing to do. Now that I am a teen, I don't really do it. And most kids don't respect the teacher anyways. Not to the say that is the reason I don't do it, but I just don't really see the point, and I do not have an unlimited supply of apples XD. But this is a good question, I feel like I am going to be the only dofus who actually gave their teacher an apple once. I can guarantee it XD. Good thread question by the way.

When I was in Primary School (Aged 5 to 11) I gave my first year teacher an apple, as my parents told me that I had too. I have no idea why for, and looking back at it now, I still have no idea why.

When I left school in 2006 (16 years old) I gave the teacher who inspired me the most, a bottle of Teachers Whiskey for helping me to get into the right mindset and capabilities for my examinations. If it wasn't for her, I'd have failed all of my exams so badly, I would have felt that I was a disappointment to my family. Thankfully, I was able to get the grades I needed for what I was planning on doing at the time. Many of them still helpful now, but some of them not so much.

No student has ever given me an apple.  In fact, no student has ever given me anything even apple related.  The only person that has done that has been my mother. She bought me an apple shaped sticky note dispenser. I totally love and adore it, having such a huge obsession with sticky notes.

I've been given cards, candy, letters, drawings, gift cards, and even a box of Mountain Dews.  Oh, and copy paper.

That's all I can think of though.
