I wanted to ask something about the Nintendo 64 and Playstation games. I have a new computer and the graphics card is a really good one. However, whenever I play any Nintendo 64 or Playstation games, the game plays kind of funny. Is there anyway for me to fix this issue, maybe download something that can help or anything so when I play the games, they play smoother?

Any advice would be helpful. I have a gaming channel and I want to play more games here on Vizzed but it's hard to play if the playback is all weirded out.

Does this happen for all games? For instance, Mario Party 1 and 3 have graphic errors for everyone. Also, the mupen64plus emulator, last I checked, has graphic errors sometimes as well. Also, if you are playing on Windows 8, that could be part of it.

For N64 games; some games don't work well with certain graphics cards - no matter how good it may be. I guess you can say they're kind of picky.

For PSX games; I think it may depend on your ram. Mine's at 4GB and I found out that it gets laggy if I don't rest my computer for a while.

But if it's not what I mentioned, could you be more specific as to what you mean?

Hm, the only advice I can give right now is to let your computer rest. Turn it off completely and let it res for 10 to 30 minutes. Start it up again and play the PSX games and check if there's any difference from when you played it to after you let your machine rest.
