What was your first Smash Bros game to own? The Smash Bros is a great series, and I'm looking forward to the new Smash Brothers. My first Smash Brothers game was Super Smash Bros for the Nintendo 64. It was my second Nintendo 64 game when I was young. In fact, it was my second VIDEO game. My first was Mario 64, but anyways...

the Nintendo 64 version was a pretty fun game. It started the series with a bang with my favorite Nintendo characters such as Cap'n Falcon, Samus, Ness, and Luigi...and let's not forget Pikachu.

My first was Super Smash Bros.Melee for the GameCube. It was, and still is, my favorite video game of all time.

I never got melee oddly enough, I have brawl though and to make it even more weird I just got it a few weeks ago. I enjoy every minute of it though and I am slowly becoming really good at it. I have played melee and brawl before but I have never physically owned them myself. But of the 2 I actually think brawl is more exciting, other people like melee better, but I like brawl only because I am more familiar and I just think there is more to do. But yes Brawl was my first smash bros game and I love it to death.

My first ever Smash Bros game I owned was for the N64. I loved that game, and still do. After it I got Melee, although my Gamecube isn't working at the moment, so I can't play it. I also own Brawl (Which I think is the best so far) and I am so ready for the newest Smash Bros for 3DS and Wii U.

The First one on the "N.64."
Of Course I am over 30 years of age though.
Back in those days Everyone had the N.64 to play Zelda O.O.T.
But the big game that came before that was "Goldeneye."
When Smash Brothers Came out?
It was a blessing.
We had a fighting game too.
Great game to add to the library that was dominated by Star Wars titles.
Then came resident evil and a world of other titles.
Good Times.
Good Imports.
Good Games.

Good Luck To All.
Peace.

This would have to be: If it was on actual hardware: Then it was Ssbb for the wii.

If it was on an emulator: Then It was without a doubt the original. I loved brawl, but Melee just seemed more creative, and better made for me for some odd reason.

My first was the N64 Smash Bros. When we first got it, my younger brother and I would get so competitive. If I recall right, we mostly did one-on-one matches, and they were always intense (given that my brother has always been more competitive than I could ever be).

And then came Melee and then Brawl. We've played the hell out of all of them.

Unlike most of you here, my first Smash Bros game was with the Wii. I loved it the first time I played it and have been playing it since. It has become a social game for me, so I never play alone (only when there are 4+ other players with me).

My first Smash Bros was the very first one. Super Smash Bros. It is still my favorite one. In fact N64 still has most of my favorite Nintendo games of all times. I haven't played them all very much except that one because I couldn't get into them like I did with the original.

My very first Smash Bros. game was Brawl. I had a heck of a lot of fun, and before I played it at my friend's, the only taste of the series I had was a demo of Melee in front of an EB Games. Now, strangely enough, Melee is the only one I don't have, since I bought the original for Virtual Console.
