Magma_Cube : Even with the speed of Number 2 (didn't put that in before because I didn't want others to use it who hadn't thought of it), you don't travel to the right fast enough to make less than 30 seconds possible. It only saves you 11 seconds if you do it perfectly, so you are still left with 38 seconds, and that doesn't include the boss.

Magma_Cube : You aren't telling me anything I don't know I have owned this game before you were even born (assuming the age on your profile is accurate). It takes 6 seconds to wait for him to come out far enough to allow you to jump on his tank frame and shoot the boomerangs. But that 6 seconds does not include the 4 seconds it takes for the pause when you enter the room and for the boss's life guage to fill up before he appears. So 10 seconds for the whole boss sequence. That is more than 1/3 of the less than 30 second time you are claiming. Sorry, but until I see a video of you accomplishing the level under 30 seconds, it is not valid. The world record speed run on this game took over 30 seconds for that level.

Megaman can only have 3 bullets on the screen at the same time, so you would have to use turbo control for the attack button strategically. Using it for jump is useless as it just makes Mega Man do this pathetic short/low jump.

I clocked it 2577 seconds which is 42.95 minutes. Also I'm trying to splice the speedrun i just did all into one part because by default it split into 3 parts, I downloaded freemake video converter how do i meld them all into one video so I can upload it?
