I am pretty sure everyone that has come across a hoax that they believed like fighting  Sheng Long in Super Street fight 2 and the mysteries of the BEN story (though it is a creepypasta respectively however people believed it) in Majora's Mask. There are some good believable hoaxes but then there are some rather pathetic ones like the tree octopus discovery.

My favorite hoax would be the many sightings of sasquach or a.k.a the yeti. I find the hoax really interesting and I really want to be the first one to find this creature, yet if I do find sasquach I'd let him be, because of course the government would want there hands on him.

Wow both fake animal discovery. These hoaxes are certainly famous but some people actually believe them! I guess the loch ness monster is the more linked to my life since I am half Scottish!

Every time I see or hear the word 'hoax,' I think about the Manti Te'o hoax. Not that I liked the hoax by any means, I felt bad for him and I can't imagine how humiliated he was when the story broke out. People are going to make fun of him for that forever now.
