Been dealing with the update of Retroarch. Took me some time to finally understand what I was doing, but ultimately I was successful and no data was apparently lost xD

I'll head to dinner soon as I'm done with some posting here, leaving some more for late night, and then I'll also start testing the changes in Retroarch to see if I can get some games working again and what not.

Right now I'm on my way home. Originally I wasn't supposed to go out today but I decided to go and see Everything Everywhere All At Once. Then I was supposed to head home right after the movie ended at around 1:45 PM but I decided to do some shopping so now it's 4:30 and I'm finally starting the process of going home. The plan is to get something to eat on the way home and then watch anime for a few hours before I start getting ready for the big day tomorrow.

I was doing some board game research up until now. Me and a small group have a project centered around them, and I had to explore some game categories that I didn't know of.

Right now I'm taking a break for that as I talk with the leader of the project (you could say I'm the sub-leader, though we haven't defined exact positions yet), and I'll use this time to post a bit around here.

Looks like I could go back to the research soon, so maybe I won't have a calm afternoon before dinner xD

I'm playing quite a bit of Tetris at the moment, courtesy of the Gameboy and Gameboy Advance being added to the Nintendo Switch's online service. I've been meaning to check out some of the other games, but the need to beat my high score has kept me from doing so. I'm surprised I haven't gone insane from the looping Type-A Tetris music lol.

I'm getting out all the ingredients I'll need to start making breakfast (I know it's past 1 pm, but I don't care, I still like having breakfast as my first meal regardless of when I wake up ). I came across a simple recipe for salmon yesterday that I want to try alongside my eggs and toast. It seems simple enough and will take less than 10 minutes with my air fryer. Hope it turns out good, seems pretty hard to mess up.
