HEY GUYS you have no idea how long i have been waiting to review this pokemon...okay about 12 days but still i really love this thing as a child and as an adult and i think you all know what that pokemon is...if you dont know by now you need to be in a insane asylum but let me tell you why i like this pokemon

I just love its design and its personality its got this angel of death feel going on around it and i just love it and it reminds me of one of my favorite D.C Character that you have NEVER heard of Harvest....look it up and you will know why i compare that character to this dog...

MOVESET

At the start we get ember and leer ember is not that great but i give it credit for having something different that a normal type move and leer is somewhat effective but i dont like using it

At level 4 we get howl this move raises the users attack by 1 stage sadly this pokemon does not have any physical type moves at the moment

At level 8 we get smog this poison type move has a base damage of 20 and has 75% accuracy...were forced to take it anyway just deal with it and replace it later

At level 13 we get roar...ugh...

Now at level 17 we get something useful and thats bite this dark type move has a base damage of 60 and has 100% accuracy also it has a 10% chance of making the target flinch this is the best move in its move set at the moment you are insane if you dont take this move

At level 20 we get odor sleuth...no done-

Oh my god at level 24 we get houndoom...*passes out*

...oh were still reviewing the pokemon...okay anyway at level 25 we get beat up this move has a base damage of 20 and has 100% accuracy but its power increases by 20 for each pokemon in your party so at max power this move can have a base attack damage of 120....this can be a good move but only in a full party so i say hold on to it until you get a full party then,..kill them...KILL THEM ALL

Now at level 30 we get ARE SECOND FIRE TYPE MOVE AT LEVEL 30..just thought i let you know anyway this move is called fire fang this fire type move has a base damage of 65 and has 95% accuracy this is a good fire type move just replace ember with that...if you still kept ember for all that time...thats pretty sad if you did...

At level 35 we get faint attack this dark type move has a base damage of 60 and has 100% accuracy this is good but still we have bite which is technically better but still use it if you want

Now at level 41 we get embargo this move prevents the target from using its held item...*bangs head on desk*

At level 45 we get foul play now this move damage depends on the targets attack stat so the higher the attack the more powerful this attack becomes so...i dont like using it but use it if you want

At level 50 we get THE SALVATION OF THIS THINGS MOVESET FLAMETHROWER...is powerful...this fire type move has a base attack damage of 95 and has 100% accuracy...are you stupid TAKE THIS MOVE

Now at level 56 we get crunch i love this move its nothing more than a better version of bite...and i freaking love it this move has a base attack damage of 80 has 100% accuracy and has a 20% chance of making the target flinch

At level 60 we get nasty plot and the competitive guys love this move to death it raises the users special attack by 2 stages...i say use this move its pretty good

Now at level 65 we get inferno this move has a base attack damage of 100 and has 50% accuracy also it always burn if the move hits...i dont like it use it if you want


STATS

THIS THINGS STATS-are pretty balanced im not going to lie this pokemon was one of the easiest pokemon that i ever had to test because of its stats but it does have its problems but still lets take a look at them alright its health is at 75...decent i mean its not bad but its not that great either it can get you through the game its attack stands at level 90 and thats pretty good but trust me your not going to be using that stat often if at all now its lowest stat is its defense...thats going to be a problem a very BIG problem -but hey dont give up on this pokemon yet now its highest stat is its special attack at 110...YEAH SALVATION this is its best stat its so powerful that...i cant even say anything because the stat speaks for itself you get the point lets move on...okay thats over quick huh? anyway its special def. is at 80 and thats actually pretty good it can help you in a time of need anyway its last stat is its speed and that stat stands at 95 pretty good and honestly guys i dont recommend E.V training this thing at all just dont there is no point its stat will fall into chaos now finally we are going to go over this things weaknesses those are rock water fighting and ground also it is immune to psychic types now these are only 4 weaknesses but the sad part is they are ALL commonly found i mean ALL so your going to be running into your weaknesses often but if you can take that this thing is not so bad

Yeah i got nothing i just threw this crap together after i got into 2/4th of the game but hey it works out pretty good but dont try to use this set for competitive play...just dont your gonna die


GYMS AND RIVAL

Okay this pokemon may be lacking in other things but its pretty good in other areas such as GYMS AND RIVALS i mean it this thing kill the a.i with no remorse its so good against gyms rivals and the trainers okay the gyms might have some trouble but all you need is your team to back you up and you should be fine now your rival will be no challenge at all if you can level this thing properly and still it can just burn anything to a cinder now you may have some problems if your rival picks a water type stater but once again use your team to win this guy cannot be the tip of the spear he cannot lead your team for you and if you try trust me its not going to work out well for you anyway the trainers HA the trainers are a nuisance not a threat dont even worry about them there freaking cannon fodder and should you take it to the elite 4...maybe i cant completely recommend it but i can say that i beat them on my first try with this pokemon but i just got lucky...i think...final thoughts

Final thoughts: THIS IS THE BEST POKEMON EVER....thats what i would say but its not its lacking in alot of areas but somehow it still pulls through with decent stats and a very good type combo now it is going to have some problems like its moveset i dont know but something turns me off about it almost like they got all the moves for this pokemon and mashed them up randomly they just dont fit for me and also its tms and pretty bad but still its a pretty good pokemon all you have to do is survive its training to get to houndoom and if you do..your going to have a good pokemon but still there are other fire types out there that can do everything this pokemon does but better but i still recommend it so use it if you want but i will always love this pokemon

Fun fact: i dont like the devil may cry anime series-IM SORRY i love the games and the universe but they could have done so much more devil trigger vergil and the most insulting thing is this dante does not act like well..dante this dante acts like the reboot its like they put the reboot dantes soul and put it in the original dantes body...eh at least i dont hate it

Which would be better as a dark type though, Houndour or Poochyena?

Poochyena is a fairly easy Pokémon to get in the beginning of games, but Houndour is a bit exclusive...you need to search a bit. So, which would be better to get, the easy one, or the one you have to legit look for?

Of course, Absol is the best out of those 2, so no question about that

Sidewinder : NO HALT STOP NO WAY get houndour i thought that Mightyena was good to but it sucks its stats are low its terrible in gyms the only good thing about it is its moveset...of course you could just get absol
