I agree with Deadend136, Arcanine's design was really nice. The creator was originally going to make Arcanine one of the legendary Pok?mon in the first season, but thought it wouldn't make sense to have two birds and one dog, that's when Moltres was introduced. I also think Suicune and Lugia look pretty bad*** too.
