Actually, I say it's pretty much dead even. The only decider is who's ability activates, because if Groudon's drought is the active ability then he'll just KO Kyogre with solarbeam. Overall though Kyogre wins 'cause Groudon's Sp.Def is less than his Def and Kyogre's Sp.Atk. beats his Atk. Not only that, but isn't it kinda, in reality, water that swallows up land? Like, when glaciers melt and water rises, or the great flood of basically every religion ever. I do like groudon more just 'cause I think he's cooler, but he'd get his butt whooped. And everybody, HE'S NOT FIRE TYPE AT ALL, HE'S JUST GROUND TYPE. Sorry, just had to point that out since my pokemon element is fire, and he doesn't fit my needs since he's not fire type
