I think that there should be a vizzed bank where you could store your vizzed to earn interest and get loans.                                                                    That way if you were short on vizzed you could borrow some vizzed from the bank.

You would think it sounds like a good idea, but it really isn't. MANY people have tried to establish one. The one who was most successful with it only lasted about 5 months. I can think of about 5 separate times someone tried to establish a bank, and it fails miserably every single time.

The problem is, Viz is suposed to be for people who earn it. If you have a bank, people will just take out huge loans and never pay it back.
