So, ever wonder what Pokémon you can't capture on your Pokémon journey to catch 'em all? Here is a list, no worries! This covers all 386 Pokémon, including Deoxys. This means the Pokémon cannot be caught in LeafGreen. This means the Pokémon cannot be caught in FireRed.

Note: If the Pokémon cannot be caught in either version, he/she will not be included.

MechaMento : I actually found it on Serebii. The link is http://serebii.net/red_green/exclusives.shtml and yes, Deoxys was a special event only Pokémon, you have to get either the Mystic Ticket or the Aurora Ticket (I forget which) but one takes you to birth island for Deoxys and the other takes you to Navel Rock for Ho-Oh and Lugia. Also, you can go on Visual Boy Advance and use Game Shark to get either the ticket needed or just enter the Deoxys Game Shark code.
