WELCOME TO AWESOME MONTH so for this entire month i am only going to be reviewing things that i like thats right screw request...okay maybe not all request but for this month i am going to be reviewing pokemon that i like and i will tell you why i like them now i am going to be reviewing pokemon is a order of some sort starting from gen 1 to gen 5 so i dont think i will be able to get every pokemon i like so every day or every other day i am going to be doing this hope you like it and sorry that i am basically screwing you over with request but lets get started

Alright why do i like ekans and arbok so much well when i was younger to about 9-12 i went through a EXTREME snake phase i loved them and the best thing was my grandfather was a professor for a college and he would bring in animals for the class luckily when he was about to release a snake back into the wild he gave it back to our family instead and i got to keep it for a pet this did nothing but make me love ekans even more i remember being enthralled with that corn snake it was wonderful i loved watching it move watching it eat...i was a weird kid but in honor of that snake and in honor of ekans i will make him the first pokemon i review on awesome month so lets get started old friend

MOVE SET

At the start ekans will only know wrap and leer...oh this is gonna be a bad pokemon

At level 4 we get poison sting which is ironically better than wrap so...take it sure it only has a base attack damage of 15 but its better than wrap

at level 9 we get something good and thats bite a dark type move with a base damage of 60 this is far better than anything we have now take it...or die

At level 12 get glare this move paralyzes the target and has 90% accuracy its...decent but i dont recommend you take it

At level 17 we get screech...really i have to say something...?

now at level 20 we get acid a odd poison type move with a base damage of 40...i guess you should take it but only because we have nearly nothing to work with here

AT LEVEL 22 WE GET THE GRAND DADDY OF ALL SNAKES ARBOK SCREW SEVIPER HE CAN SUCK WOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-wait...ANOTHER LOW STAT BOOST ARE YOU KIDDING ME...at least its not as bad as muks lets keep it moving

Now right after this thing evolves its get crunch keep this move it is one of the few great moves in this things set

Now at level 27 we get stockpile spit up and swallow..wasted slots dont take them

At level 32 we get acid spray but guess what..ITS THE EXACT SAME FREAKING THING AS ACID I NOT KIDDING YOU SAME DAMAGE SAME ACCURACY SAME CHANCE TO POISON...so yeah dont take it

now at level 39 we get mud bomb a decent ground type move with base damage of 65 and 85% accuracy...its not the best nor is it very good but just take it have you even seen the crap we got now...?

At level 44 we get Gastro acid this move disables the targets ability...you know the drill

Now at level 51 we get haze...screw it i got nothing next

NOW MY FRIENDS we get one of the best moves in this things set and one of the best moves in the pokemon games coil jesus with pork and beans this is a good move this move levels the users defense attack and accuracy up bye 1 stage...that is awesome take it TAKE IT

now to end this train wreck of a moveset at level 63 we get gunk shot now you guys know i prefer accuracy over damage most of the time but guy...this time we have to make and exception thats how much this things moveset sucks so im sorry but take it

STATS

guys..this is by far the worst part about this pokemon you know why...NONE OF ITS STATS REACH OVER 80...i am serious not a single stat reaches 100 not a single stat reaches 90 so this is already bad i really dont need to say anything else but hey lets rip this snake apart even more this things lowest stat is its health so thats bad already its second lowest attack is its speed at 69...pfft...NO NO JOKES anyway its highest stat how ever is its speed so i guess you can be fast enough to land the first hit if your lucky and you know what the worst part is the worst even if you EV train this thing it still sucks i am serious not even muk could do that not even mr.mime could do that its just...ugh...okay lets just try to find something good about this...okay its second highest stat is its attack which is good because its set is mostly physical attack so i will be fair thats pretty cool but it cannot save this thing at all this is the only good thing i could even find...WAIT WAIT okay i will give it this its only 2 weaknesses are ground and psychic so...that is pretty good to bad it can still die easily even with out a type advantage...

TMS AND HMS

Alright i will admit this things tms are not to bad still bad but not terrible so lets show the set

Rock slide
Coil
Crunch
Earthquake

okay i will admit this sucks but you guys try finding something go ahead i dare you and to be fair the tms are not really bad per say its just that Arboks tms barely cover its type advantage and once again to be fair it only has 2 so its not that big of a problem anyway the basic premise of this is to use coil about 3 times if you can even survive that and to just destroy anything in your way its simple but i will tell you this it is effective but...okay not much to say here because its so basic sorry i dont have much for you the set basically speaks for it self.

GYMS AND RIVAL

*Sigh*....okay this thing is not good against gyms its to slow and to weak because of its stats even if you EV train it and the ironic thing is that if you do try to EV train it you will do nothing but make it even weaker because you are sacrificing precious points that could have been divided equally among all of the stats anyway this thing blows against gyms now your rival is a different story it has the ability to put up a decent fight but dont expect for this thing to lead your team because i promise you it wont work for you now granted it could most likely beat your rivals starter if it is a grass type so...meh it could work i still dont recommend it its decent against trainers but really all your doing is taking points away from pokemon on your team that really need it now should you take it to the elite 4...No IDIOT dont there is no reason to its just gonna fail all your doing is screwing your team over by using it there let it stay in the pc for the love of god

Final thoughts:...you know as a kid i always wondered why team rocket always failed in the end when really they did have alot of leverage most of the time anyway...i think i found out why THIS THING IT BLOWS FREAKING BLOWS its to weak to use its tms are nothing but pure attack which could be good but sadly it wont work for everything and its moveset is a joke go for something else for a poison type there are alot of there choices and i am sorry old friend i should have let sleeping dogs lie now granted one of the few things that are great here are its 2 weaknesses and 1 of them are not very common so i will give it props for that it still blows and i wont let nostalgia get in the way of this rating lets just end this

And thats arbok it was hard for me to rip into this guy but a mans got to do what a mans got to do still this is only the first pokemon i like its not say everything i like is bad right...oh dear...well screw it for now i am just going to sit back relax and get some cold stone because i am BURNING ALIVE as always request review and reply

I have seen many reviews of pokemon games, but never on actual pokemon them selfs. The thing I like the most about Ekans is that it is Snake backwards!
