Yeah, that happened to me several times before when I was little. Probably because I was hyper and not tired enough to sleep. But now, I always had a good night sleep. And not sure why but oh well.

All the time. I finish my homework at about 1 in the morning, and after that, I can't sleep, and if I do, at 5 am. Then wake up 1 hour later for school.

Or, on a break or weekend, I pull all nighters or sleep late. I am REALLY sleep deprived, way too bad for my health.

Sometimes it is not my insomnia, sometimes I am excited and I can not sleep and that has happened often, like a Monster Jam on the next day, or American Ninja Warrior, or sometimes because my relatives are coming over that I have not seen in a great while, it is mostly one of those reasons. But I have my days when I have sudden insomnia attacks.

I usually get it when it is rather hot, you just try and try but nothing happens. I hate it just as much as you do, though luckily listening to the radio usually works. With out that I will be doomed, I get them quite often.
