I believe I went to bed around 1 AM last night but I'm not confident in this information so after checking google it turns out that I was... correct! I'm always happy when my memory is not failing me so it's great to hear that I know when I actually went to bed. Hopefully I get to bed earlier today but I won't say I will for sure considering I'm competing in Tour de Vizzed today.

I couldn't get to bed right away, I didn't even get to have time to do my reading (and god forbid I won't have time to rate enough songs today) and it didn't help that CJNU didn't really play Radio Classics last night they had music in their place instead well I got to sleep after 10:30 pm

Went to bed around 1:30 last night, got busy with TdV craziness from 11-12 so I didn't get to get ready for bed until around 12:15, which slowed me down a lot.

I ended up going to bed at around 3 AM, and probably took quite a while to fall asleep.

I'll try to recover a more healthy sleep schedule once I'm done with my temporary medication this weekend, probably my real life schedules can also help with that but we'll see, I'm perfectly capable of passing the afternoon taking a nap xD

I fell sound asleep at around 3:30 in the morning after finally watching the Godzilla vs Kong movie that came out sometime in 2021. I enjoyed it, but I think I'll appreciate it more after a second viewing of the Godzilla movies by Legendary. I've only seen them once each a couple years ago, so some of the finer details are hazy.

I believe I went to bed around 2:40 AM after playing a lot of Final Fantasy 14 so definitely was staying on too late I'm going to work on getting back to a more usual sleep schedule slowly over the next few days I think.

It was exactly 4 AM when I shut everything down and went to sleep. More or less the dynamic I've had for the past days.

I did get up early this morning at last, and considering the plans I have for the week ahead I guess I can say I've recovered a normal sleep schedule, if I go to bed early today as I'm expecting to.

Will be hard to resist the impulse of taking naps if temperatures are cold, but it doesn't seem that's going to be the case and I'll be able to stay awake for the whole day. Let's hope my willpower also thinks that way xD
