What do you think it's like in a pokeball? Do you think it gets nicer or varies from each pokeball? What do you think?

Well I think that it depends on the Pokeball. If it's a regular Pokeball than it's the Pokémon has to adapt to it, if it's a great ball than the Pokémon easily adapts to space of the Pokeball. If it's a master ball or an ultra ball the Pokémon is instantly adapted to the Pokeball. Besides that I think that a Pokémon is waiting in the dark capsule waiting to be chosen.

Well I believe in the show they state that when a Pokémon is captured the inside of the pokeball is transformed into an environment suitable to what it lived in, in the wild, and the Pokémon is shrunk to small enough size that it can still run around and play.

When a Pokémon is caught inside a Poke ball, I think they just live there and battle against other Pokémon.

I think it would be scary, I think it would not be comfortable at all since it is so small. Think of those giant 26 feet tall pokemon that are forced to be in a little tiny sphere of a Pokeball and think in their minds if that would be comfy. Not at all. First they get Knocked out by a pokemon then they get crammed into a small ball then the ball gets shoved into a pokemon trainers pocket. Think of a kidnapper except really in his case the pokemon trainer may be like a Pokenapper if that even exists. So yeah that is what I think of what it feels like inside of a Pokeball.

THIS IS A MESSAGE FOR ALL POKEMON TRAINERS!

NEVER TRAP ANY POKEMON IN THOSE POKEBALLS!!!!

FOR THEY ARE KILLERS PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY.

This is actually a really good question that I had put alot of thought into.
I actually believe that inside the pokeball is just a regular neighborhood which connects to all the Pokemon in their pokeballs and are in your party.May sound a bit confusing at first but may actually be the truth.

I can only imagine how uncomfortable and cramped it must be in there. And it is probably dark, I couldn't imagine being in there, especially if it is like a large pokemon, like wailord, I mean really, how is that thing supposed to fit in there? So it would be cramped, cold and dark and I can't imagine how lonely it must be in there with no one to talk to. So it would suck to be in a pokeball and I would definitely not want to experience what that must feel like. I feel bad for all of the pokemon that have to go through that. If I was a wild pokemon I would be the most stubborn and hard to catch pokemon and I would do everything possible to avoid being in the pokeball and I would most likely eat the trainer. So I can only imagine the horrible, uncomfortable experience pokemon go through when trapped in a small pokeball.

I think it depends which Pokeball. I think the regular Pokeball is cramped and uncomfortable, a Great Ball is somewhat comfortable, an ultra ball is luxurious, and a Master Ball is extremely uncomfortable and restraining so you can't escape.

Remember on Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory when Mike T.V. shrunk himself with the Wonka Vision machine; that's how the Pokéball works in my opinion. The ball itself is like a virtual simulation chamber that adapts to the Pokémon's preferred surroundings; whether it be the ocean, grassy plains, a cavern, et cetera. This is very fancy technology that we're dealing with here, ya know!

The_Paperjam300 : I think they got those Pokénappers in Constantinople somewhere. I hear they're dastardly.

I feel like many of the other users here. I think that's its really just a space where there go back to their natural habitats or such. Realistically, with all those Professors who claim to love Pokemon I doubt they'd create something as harsh as a sensory depriving environment to store them in.

As for the environment getting better the more efficient the ball is, I don't believe that at all.

I think that strictly influences the capture rate only.

In reality the pokeballs would be very cramp and the pokemon are actually this ball of energy inside the pokeball waiting to be released into battle, now just cause I can heres the non reality side of the story!!!! Inside the original pokeball is this peaceful habitat that each pokemon likes. Inside great balls the habitat has a pokemon made house for them based on whatever type the pokemon is.

Inside the Ultra ball the habitat has more places for the pokemon to explore. Inside the Master ball has everything. In a lure ball its mostly an aquatic habit for fish, where they can swim, eat, and play in peace. The Moon Ball makes the moon with oxygen it's habitat.

The friend ball will have pokemon friends inside for the pokemon to play with, so it doesn't get lonely. The level ball has a gym habitat for pokemon that like to train and fight. The safari ball has an exotic habitat with exotic berries. The love ball has pokemon of the opposite sex of the one you caught, so that way they will have a love life. Heavy balls have an all you can eat pokemon food buffet. Fast balls have a track team like habitat for pokemon that love to run. Sport ball has the pokemon sport habitat for pokemon that like pokemon soccer, pokemon basket ball, and more.

The premier ball has the wealthy pokemon houses like pokemon mansions and towers. Repeat balls make a habitat based on the Pokemon's memory, usually a good one that the pokemon can enjoy reliving. Timer ball is for pokemon that like to try to beat the clock at games and sports. Nest balls have the habitat from when the pokemon was first born in. Net balls have habitats where pokemon like to try and escape from for the challenge or the fun of it. The Dive balls have a huge ocean where pokemon can explore the forgotten treasures of the deep.

The luxury ball have a spa/relation place pokemon can go, exotic and tasty food, and the pokemon has servants that tend to their every need. The heal ball not only heals the pokemon, but has a habitat much like the pokemon center. Quick Ball is much like the fast ball, except it also has trails and different places the pokemon can travel through. Dusk Balls are dark and peaceful, because of their night time habitats and cave habitats. The cherish ball has special pokemon food and habitat inside them, but the most common habitat of a cherish ball is a pokemon fair. And finally the park ball for pokemon that like loitering around in parks, driving, and having pickets.

I don't know if that's all the pokemon balls, but that's probably most of them.
