Most people don't read reviews about Pokemon themselves. It's kind of discriminating against said Pokemon. It's better to make reviews about Pokemon games, not individual Pokemon.

Most people read game reviews, not character reviews. You could try to advertise it in places you have permission to, but don't overdo it. You could be banned for spam. You could make a Pokemon game review, and make a mini-review of a Pokemon embedded in it, but many times, just make one for the game in particular.
