I am allergic to cats but not so much that I cannot come in contact with one. My neighbour had  a puppy once. I used to play with it all the time. It grew up then got ran over. Poor Bingo. He is at that little Dog Kennel in the sky .

    Well according to my parents I'm "allergic" to dogs and cats, so I guess I have a unbiased point-of-view. In my opinion, I prefer kittens cause they seem a lot cuter and are easier to take care of, from what I hear.

    I think this is a really good question. I like them both, but I only have a dog and it has been a long time since he was a puppy, now he is like a 130 pound beast that resembles a wolf. But I can't really say, I have found some littke kittens before and they were adorable but I couldn't keep them since my mom is allergic to them. But I think I would have go go with kittens on this one. They are both adorable but I really just cannot come to a solid decision.

    I prefer puppies. I am more of a dog person than cat person, after all. I despise cats, they always scratch me but I love the gentle dogs. You can sort of say that this post is B-B-B-B-Biased.

    It's hard to choose when they are both loveable and cute.
    Puppies have a cute age in life, But my dog does more damage than a cat. 
    At least I know my dog still loves me.

    Definitely kittens. I love puppies too, but kittens I like kittens a lot more. I think kittens are cuter (for the most part), don't smell as bad, easier to take care of, and less insane. Most cats are very friendly, and only bite people that intimidate them (corner them, are loud, have quick movements, etc.) Once a cat gets to know you, they are the sweetest things in the world. I also hate the "cats with scratch you if you rub their bellies" rumor. It is NOT true. They will not like it if they don't trust you yet, but unless you threaten them or make them scared they will not scratch you. Two of my four cats are different then most cats. They walk up to anyone and rub against them and try to play with them even if they haven't met them before. Once they followed the repair man into the attic. Yes they climbed the ladder into the attic. I love dogs, but I like cats a lot better.
