In Pokémon ultra violet I caught 60-70 because the game lowers the chansey(XD), 7-9 in Pokémon x, 3 in silver, 2 in emerald, 6 in fire red, 1 in platinum, 9-13 in black and white/white2 and 6-8 in light platinum. Im a shiny hunter. lol

From what I understand the shiny Pokémon are extremely rare, so that being said I've caught the ones I've come across which are:

~ Shiny mareep in Ultra Violet
~ A spearow in Liquid Crystal
~ An ekans in Flora Sky


If the red gyarados count, then I always try to catch them too.

(The last three probably don't count )

I've only caught 1 shiny in a pokemon video game. Mainly because I've never actively tried to find them. I was just absentmindedly strolling around, and I managed to find a shiny Poocheyena. I was so confused (I was 11) and I actually almost ran away from it.

But after like 5 minutes of thinking I threw an ultra ball, and basically showed it off to my friends for the next week.

Because I have seen only one shiny Pokémon (Not counting red Gyarados from silver/gold) in my gaming history and it was a green golbat. And I have played those games about 13 years or something like that. It would be nice to see some other shiny Pokémon's too.
