Wanted to see everyone's choices of the first Pokémon they selected in their Pokémon careers. And the first Pokémon they caught.
My first selection was Charmander and I been in love with fire-types ever since. My first caught Pokémon was Caterpie, I hated it till it evolved into Butterfree. What about you?

The first pokemon I chose or selected was squirtle and I pick it now as my starter because if trained properly, it can become a defensive tank when it evolves into a blastoise, so that is why I chose it. Plus it is good against fire types with water type moves and against grass types with ice type moves. So it is very useful and I like water types best out of the 3. The first pokemon I caught was a dumb caterpie which didn't become useful until I leveled it up to a butterfree and I began using it more. So those are the first pokemon I caught and selected in the 1st pokemon games. They bring back many great memories of when I played them as a kid.

I honestly don't have the slightest clue about this one because I haven't played Pocket Monsters in a good three years... I think the first Starter I used what Chikorita (Or something along those lines.) Which was the Soul Silver fire starter... My first catch? I'm just going to say Entei because he's the only Pocket Monster I remember clearly and was always and always will be my favorite Pocket Monster. Enjoy yourself.

First pokemon ever I'm pretty sure was a totodile in silver might've been a cyndaquil but I think it was a totodile.
I remember how it felt when I caught my first pokemon.......Even though I can't remember what pokemon it was lol (It was probably a pidgey).
It took way longer for me to figure out how to catch pokemon then it should lol mostly because I was little and dumb and because I
didn't know much English back then.
