So, when I were Staff, I remember seeing that Trusted+ members were able to create Netplay sessions, but then a friend of mine felt like watching me play a game, and thus I tried to make a Netplay session and then I noticed, I couldn't make Netplay sessions.

Yeah, only Staff can do Netplay sessions for free. You can buy the Netplay item from the shop if you want to. It's pretty cheap, or, well, cheaper than it should be.
