I can't make a top ten but here are some games that I would like to see and play. 

A remake of Majora's Mask for the 3DS 
To see the same game in 3D and in high resolution graphics would be great. I loved the Ocarina of Time remake so if this will ever happen it will be a definite buy.

Halo 5
It hasn't been named officially but there is a Halo game in the making. I read in an Xbox magazine that it will be developed by Konami. Konami, what more do you want.

Half-Life 3
Half-Life is one of my favourite games and the second one was great too. So if they kept the Physics of the first Half-Life but brought back the action you get from the first one then we will have a perfect game. 
I can't make a top ten but here are some games that I would like to see and play.
