Pokémon Leaf Green and Fire Red Walktrough Part 1 made by TornadoMudkip.

NOTE: Not complete because I'm a little tired today. Maybe another time, I'm doing the next part of this Walktrough because I want for sure to complete this one!

Anyway enjoy reading my Walktrough!

The beginning of this awesome game:

Just like in the old games will Professor Oak greet you again with his standard chat. He will ask you if you're a boy or a girl (Is he blind or something). Choose your favorite and give him/her a name like Ash or May.
After that, the Professor asks you how his grandson is called again. Give him a simple name (like Gary or Loser) and the game will begin.

Pallet Town

At first glance, Pallet Town resembles any other outside town. One day, however, it will instead be famous as the place where your adventure began. The adventure that caused you were the best Pokémon trainer in the whole world!
Your adventure begins in your house. Use the PC in your room to get a Potion. Say hello to your mother and get ready to explore the wide Pokémon world!

Once you try to leave the city through Route 1, Professor Oak appears and talks to you that it's dangerous in the grass because of the wild Pokémon in there. Together you walk to his lab.
When you are there, you can choose first Pokémon! The Professor lets you choose from three different Pokémon: Bulbasaur (Grass), Squirtle (Water) and Charmander (Fire). Choose the one that you like the most. Once you have chosen your Pokémon, Gary challenges you for your first fight.

If you win this game, you earn a little money. He always has the Pokémon which your type is weak against, so if you have Fire then he has Water etc. Use the first attack of your Pokémon the whole time and you will easily beat Gary.
Leave then the town.

Route 1

Pokémon: Rattata and Pidgey
Items: Potion

If you go to this route for the first time, you can't catch some Pokémon yet but later you can.
The Pokémon in this route aren't strong. (Level 2 – 5.) Still train your Pokémon to Level 8 or higher.
Talk to the first man that you meet, and he will give you a Potion.
Walk straight on until you see a new city.

Viridian City

Viridian City isn't really a big city, but bigger than Pallet Town. You'll find a Pokémon Center and a Pokémon Mart. At last you can buy Potions and some other items. Take time to view the offers of the Pokémon Markt.
First, heal your Pokémon at the Pokémon Center. Then go inside the Pokémon Mart, the clerk will ask you if you want to deliver a packet to Professor Oak.

So go back to Pallet Town. Go back to Professor Oak. Give him his package. (Oak's Parcel)
Then you get the Pokédex and 5 Poke Balls from Prof. Oak.

Immediately visit Gary's sister in the house above the Pokémon Lab for a map of the Pokémon World. (Kanto)
Back on Route 1, you can also catch Pokémon now! Make your way to Viridian City and leave the city on the west to Route 22

Route 22

Pokémon: Rattata, Spearow and Mankey. (So not anymore Nidorans as in Red/Blue/Yellow)
Items: Potion.

In this route is still much to do. For those who have chosen Charmander, catch a Mankey to have it later much easier for the 1st gym.
Again, get a Potion but he's a little harder to find than the first. Go to the tree in the upper right corner of the route and press the button: A.

You can battle with your rival in this route. If you want to do this, make sure all your Pokémon are in Level 9-12 or higher. Gary will use this time his starter Pokémon and a Pidgey. Use your own starter to beat the Pidgey and (if you have another Pokémon) to defeat the starter.
Then go back to Viridian City (buy some Pokéballs) and leave the city on the north to Route 2.

Route 2

Pokémon: Rattata, Pidgey, Weedle and Caterpie.
No items to find here into this route.

Also on this route is a little to do! Here you can catch a Weedle and Caterpie, they evolve quick. (into Level 7 and Level 10) Make your way to the north, Viridian Forest is coming next.

Viridian Forest

Pokémon: Caterpie, Metapod, Weedle, Kakuna and Pikachu.
Items: Pokéball, Antidote, Potion 2x

Finally some action! The first place where you fight trainers. Go left, up and left again for a Pokéball. Go back to the entrance and take the right path now and pick up the Potion. To find the first trainer you go up. Take the right path and go up for the second fight. Take the right path again and you'll see a trainer. After this fight, you follow the road to the left and then up, here you find an Antidote, which is useful if you Pokémon has the Status: Poison. Continue to the left and follow the path down until you reach a trainer, defeat him! Go down for another Potion. Make your way to the last trainer of this forest and defeat him. Leave Viridian Forest now at the north, you are again on Route 2 walk straight on and you arrive in Pewter City.

Pewter City

Now your adventure begin for real! Here you will find a Pokémon Gym, where you can eventually earn a Gym Badge. Defeat the Gym Leader and make name as Pokémon Trainer for becoming a Pokémon Master!
When you reach this place you have a nice trip behind. Let your Pokémon rest in the Pokémon Center and look around in Pewter City. The road to the east (Route 3) is blocked by a trainers who sends you to the gym. Train some of your Pokémon possibly to Level 14 -16 and then defeat the trainer and Brock in the Gym.

Brock uses a Geodude (Level 12) and a Onix (Level 14)
If you have chosen a Bulbasaur or a Squirtle, this Gym would be easy for you to beat.
If you have chosen a Charmander, this would be more difficult.
Train your Charmander to Level 13 because in that Level, Charmander learns Metal Claw which is handy against Brock his Pokémon.
You can also catch a Mankey, you can find one at Route 22.
If you have won against Brock, you'll win the Boulder Badge + TM 39.

Now you can go to Route 3 for the next steps in your adventure to be a Pokémon Master.

To be continued... (I'm doing the next part soon I think.)
