It would be a pretty cool idea to bring it back for a second season, but as of right now, the ending to the series is good enough for me. I still can't believe it goes from 90% comedy to a pretty sad ending. In a sense, I'm saying I love it.

Angel beats, That show was awesome from almost the very beginning to the end, It had some pretty deep plot even if it doesn't look like it and the show itself is really easy to sit down and enjoy. You want to come back with a season 2? Hmm...  I guess it could work if they started over somehow or continued where they left off at the very end, But I actually liked the ending. The show itself wasn't too long and I enjoyed that about it, It's one of the things that set it apart, Don't you think so too?

Angel Beats is my personal favorite anime made by Key. in 13 episodes, there's plenty of action throughout the plot. Sadly, the length didn't please me. There could have been more things added to enhance the plot. However, I doubt there's going to be a 2nd season, due to the fact Otonashi donated his heart, which was reveled to be transplanted to Kanade in the last episode.

I loved the series. It was hilarious and sad all at the same time. It doesn't really need a sequel in my opinion though. I mean, it told a story, and in the finale they ended it. They all got new lives and Otonashi got to be with Angel (I think that was her name) in his new life. That was the best ending to the story they could have done.
