Would you buy Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars remake on the 3DS?

I would absolutely love the chance to get a copy of that if it came out, well, once I got a 3ds that is.

My point is, I would snatch up a copy of this game if I could get it. Getting that game is one of my fondest childhood memories, and it was quite the great game as I recall. It also started the wonderful snowball effect that is Mario RPG's. You just can't beat a good Mario RPG, and this one was a really great start to a really great thing.

And am I the only one that feels like this one had more of a classic RPG feel to it than any of the titles after it? The earthy look to some of the graphics, and the serious feel that makes us (or me at least) love RPG's so much?? Now as I said, it's been a while since I played it, but that's how I recall it. It blew me away with the environments alone.

Legend of the Seven Stars is my favorite Mario game on the SNES, second to Earthbound. I love the game to no end because of the battle system, the plot, the characters.... yeah, I'd buy it.

Of course. I would even buy a 3DS just for it. Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars in my favorite Mario game, and is in my top 20 favorite games of all times. Only bad thing is that Geno is owned by Square Enix, and I don't think they'll give the rights to Nintendo. (Correct me if I got this wrong.)
