Chimchar is a Fire Pokémon, not an Electric. Anyway Turtwig use Tackle again.
Mark: I'm just a Newbie in training Pokémon, my dad's first Pokémon was a Pikachu and I know all of his moves. Chimchar use Scratch!
... FINALLY! This is Chimchar's move! Yay!
??? Kid: Your dad's Pikachu? It must be Red! But how can a Loser like you be a son of the Master him self?
Mark: Because that's a fact. Chimchar use Scratch again!
??? Kid: Why do you live in here in Sinnoh? Red is the Master of Kanto. My dad lost against that stupid guy! Turtwig use your full power for a Tackle!

Mark: Noooo! Chimchar! Wait a second... I know you you're the son of BLUE! I'm here in Sinnoh because we moved to this Region to see new Pokémon.
??? Kid: You got it right, but I won from you now I'm the Champ.
Mark: You didn't beated my dad...
??? Kid: But from now on I'm your Rival, see you later!
Mark: Wait! What is your name?

The flame on Chimchar isn't burning very good anymore because of the rain.

Mark: Ehh.. yes.
Sophie: Well then let's have a great Battle.
Mark: Sure, I like to battle with a Trainer like you.
