Hey guys, Alex/Dei here. I'm here to ask, how do you guys feel about the new game 'The Last of Us' - if you have it, or have heard of it and watched the play through of it. I personally loved it, though I only watched the play through of it. They have some good voice acting, and a good story line. It's glitchy... But, it did not bother me none. Part of the reason being is that it has some /amazing/ graphic detail for the maps that you play through. Also, it really took hold of my emotions in some parts.

I am playing it now, but while I do really like it, I don't think it was worth all those 10's it was getting. The graphics, the game-play, and characters are all good, but I kind of fell like the story has been done before. And to me I think I felt more attached to the walking dead game, I don't know, maybe because I like adventure games. Maybe it is also because I think Joel is kind of a jerk, and Ellie cusses like a sailor. Like I said I like the story, but it feels like it has been done before( Personally I really liked Bio-shock Infinite story a bit more). Please don't get me wrong though, I really do like this game a lot.

I have had this game for two days now and I have to say that it is an amazing game.  I think it defiantly  deserved the ten that it got.  The cinematic are great, the characters are truly memorable.  The only glitch I have come across in the game was a NPC standing inside an object, but that's about it.  It's nothing an update can't fix.  

Android89 :  I'm not sure what you are talking about how this story has been done before.  Something that has been done before are games like COD.  Joel being a jerk and Ellie cussing like a sailor is a great addition to the story line.  If someone had to live in a place like them, I'm sure they will seem hardened and rough like they are.  I guess we can both agree on liking the game though

MoblinGardens : I don't know, I guess what I was saying that the game feels pretty predictable so far, and it really feels really similar to games like the walking dead/ bio-shock infinite where you escort someone younger than you in a dangerous situation, and on your journey you and your partner form a very close bond, and in the case of this and the walking dead teach you teach your partner how to survive, and in most zombie games, the people you meet die. I guess what I am saying is that I wish the game was less predictable. But I am on chapter 7, so maybe it will surprise me.

I have to say, The Last of Us is a great game and all, but I don’t think it 10 out of 10 great,  because I really don’t like games that are ranked 10/10 because to my mind, that’s falsely rated and bias, but with me, I would give it like a 9.5 out of 10. Although I haven’t played it, it does look like a great game and all.

I think I have heard of it, but I have never played it. If it is another zombie game like Left for Dead 1 and 2 were, I am not exactly interested.
