For my first thread, I'm going to ask something. Which pokémon generation do you like most and why?I won't accept "The first generation because the best generation are the best" and you must explain why.

My favorite generation has to be the third gen.! It's amazing, there's so many Pokémon in that generation, especially in Emerald. It has Ruby & Sapphire merged into it, increasing the Pokédex greatly! Also, there is a very great story line in that game.You have to calm down a fierce fight between two extremely rare and powerful Pokémon! Also, the starters in that game are also amazing. Mudkip, Treeko and Torchic! Mudkip has to be the best though, although I prefer fire-types, Torchic didn't quite cut it for me. Mudkip learns awesome moves at it grows - muddy water! 


To summarise that -  3rd gen is the best!

My favorite generation of Pokémon is first generation in the Kanto region,, because I grew up watching first generation and to me it was by far the best Pokémon series story and plot wise and the episodes where enjoyable and each served a purpose. Also game wise my first Pokémon game was Pokémon Yellow, a generation 1 game where you could catch all the Kanto starters.

Eh what the hey, I guess I could reply. I like generation 3 more out of all. I like the Pokémon, and how that it is a really huge region. That means that it was twice the adventure. I know it was really weird, but I really enjoyed the game of it, and watching it. I liked the theme song of the generation as well. Well that is pretty much it, That is why that is my favorite generation, My second would have to be the Generation 1. I like the classical old generation as well when Ash first started his journey, through the region. That was quite a small one though.

Such as: Lucario, Glacion, Magmortar, and Luxray. After I completed Diamond/Pearl, I played through generation 2 games. My favorite Pokémon were : Espeon, Houndoom, Steelix, Blissey, Togapi, and Tyranatar. Not saying I have not played through all the games, just that these two are my favorite so far.
