So, it's pretty straightforward here. What would you do if you woke up from a 9 year coma?

Personally, I have no clue at all as to what I would end up doing, really. I honestly think I'd end up panicking, if anything. Try to find my friends, briefly find my family, and quite obviously see if Sonic is still around. :3

I'd be about 25-26 by that time, so I'd also have no idea what I would do about the rest of my education, getting a job, etc. necessary.

If I woke up from a 9 year coma I would most certainly have a panic attack. The first thing I would do would be to find out where I am and where my family is, and if they know that I was in that location in a 9 year coma.

After that I would figure out where to live and how to contact my old friends, as well as how to get into college, since I would be 26 if I went into that coma right now.

Coming out of a 9 year coma would definitely be a challenge to over come. That is 9 years of life you did not experience, time to learn more about the world and about yourself lost. With that span gone, it is difficult to determine and understand who you truly are and how you have developed as a person. That would be the largest worry for me.

Well,  in 9 years, I would 28 years old. I wonder if my girlfriend would still be around. I wonder if my family would still be around. As for what I would do when I woke up? Probably, check on Football and Baseball, see what I have missed in the past 9 years, then go get drunk, have a hangover, then go on roller coasters. XD

Wow, that is a pretty long time, I would be 24 years ago, first I would have to see my family of course and see what has happened over that time and I would be left with some major catching up to do. I would be eager to talk to all my friends and family and let them know that I am okay and ease their worries, because a 9 year coma is not something to just shrug off. I would be in college and hopefully in the medical field or scientific area with good grades which would be harder to get considering I missed 3 years of my high school life and a lot of education. 



And after things settle back down which will take a while, I would get back to school and getting good grades and maintaining my studies and on my free time I would check vizzed and come back an let all my online friends know what happened and then play some Pokémon, hopefully by that time there are a lot of new Pokémon games to play as well!

Realistically if I had spent 9 years in a coma.. The first thing I'd be doing for a while would be rehabilitation... because after 9 years of not doing any moving your muscles probably would have deteriorated quite a lot... so you'd probably have to learn how to walk and do other basic motor functions... 

After that I'd probably just continue the life I have now.... though with a coma you might have different views and maybe even a different personality.. It seems weird but I guess with a coma I associate a serious head injury.... which usually leads to memory loss etc..

On the bright side.... I wouldn't have to put up with my epileptic fits for 9 years..

I'd first want to see how much technology has improved. Nine years is a pretty long time.
I'd certainly try to get into contact with a few friends. I'll be 26 in nine years, so it would be way too late to finish high school. Life would be a little crappy for me. Maybe I'd try making a little extra cash through YouTube, assuming you still can in nine years.

I guess I would try and have a different lifestyle than the one I used to have. Disregarding rehabilitation process and needing to find a place to live, a job and such, after 9 years spent without doing anything, I don't think I could simply go back to my old lifestyle even if I wanted to. So I'd rather try something new or unusual that i find interesting, either that I couldn't or didn't want to do for some reason. Basically find a new meaning to my life.
