Well lets see while I was playing Red Dead Redemption yesterday I click the jump button right before a cut scene making the guy on screen jump really far in the sky grabbing on to the ledge of a house.
Edit:On Vizzed the funniest glitch I ever seen was the missingno glitch.

I can't recall whether or not this happened specifically on Vizzed or on my actual Genesis, but one time, while playing Sonic 2, I finished Casino Night Zone (Or maybe Hill Top Zone, I forget), and released the animals. Or, would-be animals. There was a glitch that occurred where all animal sprites were replaced with fire/lava pixels. No, it wasn't a hack, it was the actual Sonic 2. It didn't happen again throughout the rest of the game, and I unfortunately never got a screenshot. :<

The most funniest glitch, I have to say is the glitch , it's a tough one.

For a 7th/8th generation game glitch, I have to say the Swing Glitch in the GTA IV game, the glitch is driving a car into a swing set and the car takes off across the map, I've done this glitch I don't know how many times.

For a retro game, I have to say Donkey Kong Country, for the glitch, well, it's a little too hard to explain, the glitch is in the level Jungle Hijinxs and you're using Rambi the Rhino, and with a steel keg, you kinda get the rest of it.
