You already tried restarting your browser and then try the game again? Also, have you tried a different browser? It just sounds like either a server problem on Vizzed's end or an internet connection problem on your end.

Ok, I think what is happening is a glitch in the download which you can try to fix yourself by going into your RGR Plugin Data folder and deleting the game, then try it again.

To do so delete the file Pokemon Flora Sky from this file path on your computer:
