My favorite Egyptian God card would be Slifer the sky dragon because of its ability.It's ability is what ever amount of cards you hold in your hands slifer gains 1000 attack points, the only down side is its attack points constantly changes with amount of cards in your hands.

I have always liked Obelisk the tormentor the best. When it first came out I went out and got the Obelisk card from a little store in the mall for 40 bucks. Now thinking about it I spent way to much money over the years on those cards.

  Definitely the Winged Dragon of Ra. Sure, Slifer has a cool -2000 points every new monster, but It has to be on the field first before Ra. It's 1000X every card is a nice effect, until I destroy your hand. Think of this though, think of a custom game of 8000 LP. Now put fairies in there (Marshamallon and other cards that can't be destroyed by battle) Now add Enchanted Javelin, Draining Shield, Solem Wishes, your basic cards that give you life points. Now, once you get Ra on the field, cards and they're effects cannot be activated and his summon cannot be negated. You should have well over 8000 points by then for an instant high powered monster that will defeat your opponent in the turn it was summoned. That's why I think Ra is the superior God card.

Slifer was always my favorite. And Konami was kind enough to make the tournament legal Slifer just as mean as the anime Slifer (kiling monsters and powering up to ridiculous levels). Obelisk and Ra are both a lot weaker than they were in the anime.
