Have you ever gotten anything stuck in a tree? It's only fun to get it down from the tree if you know exactly how you will.

gamerforlifeforever : I'm not sure if we are counting large Waterslide parks, so leaving those out I've been to seven different large scale amusement parks.

Pacman+Mariofan : I've never been in a position that I remember where I was stuck in a tree. I climbed a lot of trees growing up though.

gamerforlifeforever : If my memory is correct, I've been to 10 movies in the theaters since December. I might be missing some though.

thing1 : The likelihood of me participating in a Pick 'Em is greatly reduced if it's not being held on a site like Yahoo or ESPN where I'm regularly checking my fantasy league stuff.

gamerforlifeforever : I'm generally just looking if some of these guys like McCaffrey and Fornette are going to live up to the huge hype they have had so far, Especially Fournette. People are drafting him in fantasy somewhere around 10, which is crazy to me... but mainly I'm just concerned about my teams rookies, to see how they develop.

zanderlex : I can't remember any full-price steam games that I have really been irritated that I purchased. Most of the games that have been a disappointment to me were under 30$ so it's hard to complain too much. I remember being relieved after hearing all the complaints that I didn't buy into the No Man's hype and when I downloaded a copy and tried it out all I could think about is how pissed I would be if I spent 60$ on that steaming pile of trash.

Probably the most regret I have ever for buying/receiving a game or accessory was when I asked my parents for a NES Power Glove for Christmas the year it came out...probably the most disappointing present I have ever received. Mainly because the thing didn't work.

Zlinqx : I actually did watch it a few weeks back and enjoyed it overall. I did find it strange how short it was. Kinda awkward that it ended right after Trevor met Alucard, but I thought it was well done.

I enjoyed the more retro art style they used, and I liked seeing some of the "homages" they showed to CV3. I'm looking forward to see what they do with season 2.

Pacman+Mariofan : Aside from work, not really. I do have recreational plans that I have on my calendar, but as far as day to day goes, I pretty much play my evenings/weekends by ear unless I have specific plans pre-set.

Something I've been thinking about, and figured I could ask for your personal opinion on: What do you think about the future of handheld gaming? It's been declining for years now, largely due to mobile gaming. Do you think it'll ever just die altogether? If not, what will keep it alive? If so, how many more generations do you think we'll see of it?

Eirinn : I personally think there's a market for handheld gaming and that there still will be for the forseeable future. Even just looking at the total sales for the 3DS platform, they've sold over 60 million units. That's by no means a dead market... and that's a console that has this weird stigma of not being successful, even though the numbers state otherwise.

I will admit that the market has taken a hit due to mobile, but there are still games that really don't play/perform well on a mobile platform. Sure RPG's and simple puzzle games work well on Mobile, but do you really want to play action or platforming games on mobile? Probably not.

I believe that mobile games still have a long way to go as well as it seems that most developers are into making quick time wasters, or games that have 9million micro transactions in order to further yourself in-game. Engrossing mobile games are more the outliers these days, rather than the norm.
