Did anyone ever download Malware or anything similar to Malware without noticing it?
I did when I was downloading some sort of software. I forgot what it was, but luckily, I had DLL Files Fixer and it detected it.
I just hate when you download something, it always downloads other stuff with the thing you wanted to download!
I went online and found out how to remove it.
And that was a close call. I even found dozens of other things, too.
It's also weird that my other security systems didn't detect the threat.
That's why I'm always really careful when I download stuff from the Internet.
I also have twice as much Firewalls and security files now.

I really hate it when you try to download something and other stuff gets included with it. One time I was trying to download software and it included a search engine that took over as my homepage with it that I couldn't get rid of even if I uninstalled both programs so I had to get lots of help from my dad to finally get rid of it.

When I had my computer, I was a little caution with downloading it, but now since I ain't using my computer and I'm using the main computer, I have to be extremely caution because of the Malware and viruses, because I'm using a very expensive computer.
On this computer, I rarely download anything no matter if it's a good or bad file, in fact, the last thing I downloaded on this main computer is the emulator to play games on here, and that was 5 months ago.

It's been a long time since I've manually downloaded anything nasty like that. I say manually because often now those mal/spy ware programs are either packaged into other programs' installations, or set to download to your computer through a website's java scripting much like a tracking cookie. The latter are probably the most prevalent because most people don't know to check.

Thankfully no, I don't really go downloading stuff unless I know for a fact that I have done it before and it is safe. Plus I have ESET security on my computer and it would prevent me from downloading this sort of thing anyway, it cleans all sorts of viruses or malware that may harm my computer, it detects it and destroys it so it does not ruin my computer or slow it down. I am very cautious when I am downloading stuff and I will try to avoid doing it unless I know it is for a good reason or if it is safe. Otherwise I won't do it. I am just glad that I have a security on my computer that will pick up on his sort of thing and it will clean it by scanning my computer. I am thankful that I haven't had this problem before.

Nope because I'm picky on what I download it even took me a while to decide on downloading the Vizzed RGR plugin.
If my computer detects malicious files I discard the downloads unless someone says they are safe.
