I would have to say Sonic.exe. It definitely isn't that scary of a story, but in real life it would be terrifying. First of all, he scares you, then he tortures you, then he scares you more, than he kills you, and finally, he tortures your soul for eternity!

Ben drowned thing isn't scary I don't even think Ben himself is creepy. Resident evil 4 one chance only didn't even make sense. Star fox 6664 was like resident evil 4 one chance only. It didn't make sense. And Pokémon creepy black was cool!  hypo's lullaby is stupid sounding. I have yet to find a creepy creepypasta. Although at one time sonic.exe was scary but. Jeff the killer kinda was scary because it blocked all my resources. But probably the creepiest is the rake. It like blew up my house... (I think).... and it made a huge scream in a cave I set it in, (pooped my pants) I'm not sure if the scream was the rake but if it was omfg.
