I would chose Froslass because I really enjoy the Japanese Yuki-onna story that Froslass is based on. 

The story is that a girl got lost in the mountains and she eventually died and froze. However, as she resented life so much before her death she was reborn as a demon of the snow and lures wanderers to their death in the snow. Froslass is said to do the same to lost wanderers in the Pokémon World.

I would choose froslass it is pretty much the only ice and ghost type out there so not much things would be able to defeat it very easily.I only like glailie because it was introduced in my favorite generation.

I prefer Froslass over Glalie because Froslass is much faster than it. she can easy get of an annoying status inflicting move and is able to hold its own in battle with its balanced stats. And with TMs, you can make a very diverse move-set for Froslass if you want it to be your offensive mixed-attacker. But then again, Glalie does have a better movepool than Froslass...

My vote goes to Froslass. Only because it is among of the few ghost/ice types and the look of it is amazing. That and anytime I face a trainers Glalie it just ends up frustrating me.
