I love to run and jog,

one problem apart from fitness and that is pain, major pain in my legs particularly my ankles and calves.

How do I stop it?

it comes almost immediately and is crippling.

is it the shoes? Should I buy different running shoes?

Should I run barefoot?

I tried an ankle support, it kind of worked but was cumbersome.

Do you get pains?

how do I stop it is terrible

Yeah, I really enjoy running and jogging a lot because I just have always taken a liking to it. I am pretty good for speed and endurance, I have gotten a 5:39 on my mile, which is my fastest. But the one thing I don't like about gym at school is it is right after lunch which always seems to be when I have it. Like there are 3 periods fro lunch and I have 3rd lunch which is right before my gym class on A days. At least with the earlier lunches  you get time to digest your food, and I don't have that privilege because every time I have gym we always do some sort of running activity and it never fails, I get cramps and it hurts. It isn't like I pack an enormous lunch either, I usually have a sandwich, some chips and maybe an apple or cookie snack before gym. It is just because of the lack of time I have to digest the food before gym. If you want to stop the pain to your problem I would recommend stretching your legs more so you can loosen your muscles and they won't be so tight and cramped in pain. Do it more often and the pain should go away, hope this helps!

So if your legs hurt, stretch your legs. I use lunges to help. But I get pain from my hip if I run too much.

It is best you don't hike while carrying to much stuff to much weight really puts pressure on your back.

It sounds like you have weak ankles and you can't support your frame.  Your calves hurt because they're overcompensating for the ankles' inability to keep you going.

The only way to get stronger is to continue running or slow to a walk when it becomes too much.  Otherwise, you're building strength when you feel the discomfort.

Keep running, or slow to a jog and fight through. That's when you get stronger.

It sounds like your Achilles tendon might be acting up, it's a pretty common running issue, or you might have a minor sprain.  I would take a break for 2-3 weeks and do some other activity during that time.  Then go to a running store to get professionally fitted, then gradually start back running.  The key is to not add too much running distance or time all at once.  Learn and do the Achilles tendon stretch in addition to calf stretches, but only after warming up and after finishing running.
