Sachman10 : Oh, the layout shop? It's not only pokemon layouts. If you're looking for a customized one for quite cheap, I'd recommend Singelli's layout shop. She does very high quality layouts, and does it cheap! XD

Do you mean a place where you can buy items from other users in Pokemon Emerald? Not possible, sorry. 
Davideo7 has tried gba netplay (which will allow you to trade) and it didn't work well. 
You can make a thread in the vizzed market asking for items or pokemon for DS pokemon games. Since DS pokemon games support online trading. You may want to offer Viz though and don't expect someone to take the trade. It's hard trying to trade real things with other vizzed members.

What do you mean "buy Pikachu"? For what game? If it's for emerald it's not possible as I explained above.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
