I personally think it should be more like a competition, perhaps even a team competition. Yeah, a team competition! That way, people who are better at board stuff but suck at RGR stuff (like me) will still have a chance.

Yeah not sure how the camp works either. I'm kinda with Eddy88 on the individual competitions unless we simply stated whether we were into board stuff or RGR and got matched up randomly with someone of the opposite specialty. This way we wouldn't have to think about it so much and just do what we do best.
