I take both where I can get it. I like to have as much material as I can get on the stuff that I like; I have this insatiable thirst for knowledge that drives me to collect everything. Oftentimes it has an advantageous side to it, because chances are that if there are details left out of one adaptation, they're in the other. And then, of course, there's the common instance where one adaptation is a totally different story from the other, and then it's like having two series; instead of having two versions of the same one.

One more thing, especially if you're the kind of nerd that I am, more art. 8D I love the idea of having more art, particularly if I've taken a liking to the style of the series I'm working on at the time.

when i feel like im at peace. or some quiet time i'd rather read a manga. i'd actually choose manga than anime. anime is good on only some certain ones for me. like eyeshield21 or d.gray man. those are really good as manga or anime. but manga uploads a lot faster. the animations are really good too. but again, i prefer mangas

i prefer manga, but just because i don't like how slow anime seems to be. if i'm really into a series, i can finish the books in a night, but with anime you have to sit there and wait... and wait

Is that even a question? Manga. Most animes start off as manga, manga is more portable, also manga leaves a bit more to the imagination. Anime makes you slave to the franchise anyway. However, I must admit that some manga is better in its anime incarnation (Dragon Ball Z, Yu-Yu Hakusho, etc.)

I like both of them. I try to watch the anime till it stops then I read the manga. Personally I like manga slightly better because It's takes shorter time (for me) and I can give the character's any type of cool voices. example; I love FMA (Full Metal Alchemist) this is the first manga I read before watching the anime and when Brotherhood came out, I was deeply disapointed in Alphonse's voice.

I vote for anime.

Manga is a bit more boring because it's in black and white, and it's just reading.. not as much fun as watching something.
The anime characters are more realistic, and the fight look so much cooler.
