I would easily have to say a back-up Goalkeeper in hockey. They sit on the bench, in full uniform, and in a hat, to do nothing but open the door for other players.

the only time I've seen a back-up goalkeeper actually do something in a match was at a non-pro game..
I've never actually seen a back-up play during a Pro-Game.

I would have to go with, without saying those that pretty much never play, that a punter would probably be the easiest. There isn't really too muh accuracy involved, and unless you fake the punt, theres almost never any contact.
