Welcome everyone to my new tournament! A tournament which we will mix forum games AND RGR games!
For a period of 1 month, sign ups for the marathon will be open! 1 MONTH. More than enough time to everyone to sign up.
In this tournament we will do speedruns, highscores, etc, and also release your creative side!

Like I said, sign ups will be open for the remaining of April, the sign ups closing at May 1st.
After the Sign ups close, I will begin with a break like thread (which will be named Night n) so you guys can talk about anything, be the tournament or anything else you may desire, I may say some information about the next game, or something that can or will happen on the round thread (which I will call a day).
This tournament will consist of points, those that get the highest amount of points in the period of 20 day threads, shall get into the brackets (number of days may change).

The games we will play, the kind of competition, and effects received is totally random, but know this, some of the games you suggested on my other thread here (the "Suggest games for tournaments!" thread).

This tournament will have SPECIAL EFFECTS, you may get those effects by clearing bonus tasks, getting into a high placement in a day, or if you're lucky enough!
There ARE bad effects too, you may get a negative effect if you place low on a day or you are unlucky.
The effects will be explained as they are introduced, and how to get them.

Did I mention we will have FORUM games too? Yea! Not all days will be a RGR challenge, we will have some forum challenges!

Now MAH BOI good people! Here is the rewards for the people who manages to fight to the TOP 3 (Amount of prizes, and prizes may change if there are enough participants)!

1st - 50,000 Viz!
2nd - 35,000 Viz!
3rd - 20,000 Viz!

OF COURSE, such a fun competition with BIG prizes for the best won't be cheap, so depending on how many people I get, the entry fee may be very high for a lot of users, but think this: What's important is how much fun you have participating here, since Viz don't have really many uses for now.
SO making things short, the more people that post in here saying they want to participate here, the entry fee price will decrease, so CALL YOUR FRIENDS!
Every certain amount of days I will check how many people signed up, and say how much the entry fee is for that moment.
Entry fee is 5,000 Viz and only 5,000 Viz.

Yeah sure count me in... I'm always happy to have "fun" though it may end up with me getting frustrated about how better people are at video games than me...

mrfe : The entry fee depends on how many people post saying they want to join, the more people who are willing to participate, the less is the entry fee.

Sorry but I think I'll be too busy, especially since I'm currently hosting 3 RGR competitions, the TdV and soon a Netplay tournament.

i might be interested in the games part BUT, I'm hardly ever on the computer for this kind of stuff.

This sounds pretty cool so I'll give it a try. Like others have said before, hopefully I'll have the time to participate cause I work until 10:00 at night. The weekends always works best for me.

I guess I'll sign up for this. So do you have an idea of about what the entry fee will be, if you were to get as many people as you are expecting to have? I'll join this anyways, but it would be nice to know in advance.
