This thread is now ONLY to be used to report users who flames, spam or cheats in this forum.
To report a user, post in this thread the report like this:

Username - What did the user do - Where it happened (You could post a link to the post)

If the report is considered true, proper actions will be taken, actions range from simple warnings to permanent ban from the forum.
While their ban is active, the user CANNOT post on this forum, if posts are made within the duration of the ban, they will be warned, if action persists for a second time, their ban will increase, if action repeats for a third time, they will be reported to the Global Moderators.

Just a note: You can post in this thread if you are to post other important things I may have forgotten, or if you have a new idea about this.
