I thought they should have never of made it. It was rushed and the some of the dialogue made no sense. If they were going to make more games for generation 5, they should have made a remake for yellow or crystal (Yes I know they remade Silver and Gold but they should do Crystal and have the original characters). I hope generation six won't be as bad.

In my opinion it was way better then pokemon black and white because they mixed the old pokemon that we loved and remembered with the new pokemon that we all seem to hate.

austipokedude : the storyline sucked tough. I liked the hole idea of mixing the pokemon, and the whole medal collecting thing but the story stank and I can't stand the rival, he's  so annoying and dumb also there is so much dialogue. Every where you go there will always be someone you have to talk to. In the old ones you were able to exit a GYM and move on to the next one legit. Now you have to talk to someone. The male protagonist looks like a pine tree and the female is such a skank.

I loved black/white 2 and I'm all for the idea of remaking yellow, but b/w 1 was rushed and it was crappy in my opinion, because it offered nothing to the franchise, it had really unimaginative Pokémon in it, and its only purpose for its existence was for the prologue for b/w 2.

Well I believe Pokemon Black Version 2 is the greatest game better than the first Black and White .

This game has different Gym leaders , Towns and/or Cities , the pokemon are not different there the same pokemon just with pokemon from different regions .

So those are my thoughts on Pokemon Black and White Version 2 .

I didn't even bother getting black and white or black 2 and white 2 because I didn't like the Pokémon, the villains get worse and worse and the hair styles of the gym leaders are crazy... remember in Gen 1 where they're hair styles didn't make you want to barf. I did like dream world and the new moves (scald is boss). Well that's what I think... I turned this into a really short review. Sorry...

I prefer the first version of Pokémon black and white over the second version.
Just because I didn't like the second version a lot. I prefer the version with N in it. It's more challenging too.
Even though I didn't like it, I loved the idea of mixing the two Pokémon. But the rest of the story line was kind of odd.
So I wonder what the next game will look like. I hope it will have a better story than this one.

To be honest, if I had the game system to play them... I am 100% down to play them as much as possible. (this computer seems to have plugin problems, so all I play is Game Boy Color and Game Boy).

Overall, I'm curious to see what is next after Pokémon X & Y... as well as Black 1-2 & White 1-2, or however many Blacks and Whites there are.


In general, I don't think Pokémon should ever stop... but that's just me, gives me more and more Pokémon to catch... although I really wish they would add more of these Pokémon games back on the Game Boy Color... rather than forcing us to buy a whole new system if we want to play.

I thought Black/White 2 was better then Black and White 1, and I enjoyed it because it has Pokémon from all generations(mostly highly appealing older Pokémon like Archinine,Ampheoros,Lucario etc.) and I enjoyed the world championship part of the game,as well as the long and interesting story that follows it.

iseeu44 : I agree with you about the remake for Pokemon Crystal, but I respectfully disagree on BW2 being a bad game. Personally I really liked the graphics of the game, I mean who wouldn't? New mechanics like Join Avenue was a pretty good idea and the plot seemed fine to me.

I really love the game and think the expanded plot was necessary in order to to answer some questions after the first game ended. Plus,it was entertaining. Also, they made Kyurem relevant. It was also the DS' final breath, and it was a great one. They added tons of new features such as the PWT and Join avenue that enriched the overall experience.

The dialouge was definetly not rushed as I played through it.
And the world tournament was awesome.
Pokemon Red and Blue were not even that good, until fire red and leaf green came.
Just because you don't like it does not mean everyone has to hate the same stuff you hate.
