looking for good list of hack versions and what makes them fun and diffrent feel free to list as many as u wish

If you want 2 good Rom Hacks try Pokémon Light Platinum, or Pokémon Jupiter. 

Pokemon Shiny Gold is a really good one.

There is Pokemon yet another fire red hack,Pokemon fire red three in one,and Pokemon emerald three in one those are great hacks oh and also if you want a challenge try Pokemon dark rising it is a complicated Pokemon hack but is also pretty fun at the same time as well.

haden : i recommend you play Pokemon Light Platinum , really fun game , it might be a little though in the beginning but its worth playing and its has a different region with different gym leaders .

pokemon prism is really amazing.. its for the gbc.
pokemon fire red generations is also awesome. but its for gba. its a hack of fire red.
pokemon shiny gold and the shiny gold x version are also really amazing.
pokemon light platinum and pokemon flora are also cool.
i heard alot of good things about pokemon yet another fire red hack. this had the type attack and damage calculation of the fourth gen games.. like shadow bal is now sp.atk instead of atk.
i can recommend alot of other hacks.. that are really amazing. but this are just a couple of hacks i tried out.

i personally don't like the 3 in 1 hacks.. the only diffferent is that you can catch all three starters i prefer have no starter pokemon and just a random selection of starters and a good storyline...

there is another pokemon hack that is great which is pokemon manly pink , its like your in the unova region .

Try Pokémon shiny gold x or Pokémon ultra violet, or even Pokémon red generations.

Okay, well the two best hacks I have played are Pokémon light platinum, it is an awesome game, there are 2 regions, Zhery and Lauren, there are a lot of Pokémon, and you can catch all of the legendary Pokémon, and get the unova starters. Wesley did a great job with this hack, it is amazing as a game, and also lots of people play it too. This game is a lot of fun and it can be challenging, but if you are familiar with Pokémon, then you will pull through. It is a hack of Pokémon ruby. The next hack I am currently playing is Pokémon fire red generations, it is another great hack, and you can get all of the starters from every generation which I think is cool, and it is basically like red except the Pokémon are different and it is also more fun and you can get all of the starters that are found in the wild. I really like these 2 hacks, and I greatly recommend you to enjoy them!

Well, there are two Pokémon game hacks that I enjoy and recommend. One, Pokémon Light Platinum and two, Pokémon Emerald 386. I haven't played too far into Light Platinum, but I do know Emerald 386 is challenging. The trainers are harder than before, but that's due to the fact that generation 1-3 Pokémon are available in the game. [:
