I don't like a whole lot of anime but I really enjoyed the several Mobile Suit Gundam series along with Gundam Wing. I watched Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z back in the day. Yu Yu Hakusho was pretty good too. I'm more of an American comic fan.

My favorite anime is the Tales of Symphonia OVA. I thought it was pretty true to the game, and the music was excellent. I only wish they had the voice actors in English, but you have to read the subtitles as of now.

My definite favorite would have to be Elfen Lied, I absolutely love that anime. I do have a few that came close but could never reach it: Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo, Sword Art Online, Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu, Zetsuen no Tempest and Darker than Black: Kuro no Keiyakusha. They're all fantastic.
