It would be a good idea to trade if you do not already have a dark type because honchrow can be very useful. Can always catch another staravia if you are unsatisfied with the trade - they are so common.

I say go with honchkrow it is one of the few dark type Pokemon in the game and I'm pretty sure it can learn drill peck which is a amazing move.
