I don't do max. 175 is my 5 rep max. A calculator I used said that's a 1 rep max of about 196-200.

Okay, the last time I lifted weights in a weight room was a year ago, and I could only bench about like 170-175 or so. I could probably do 180 now if I wanted since I am probably a little bit stronger. I really don't lift weights that often though, but the last time I did, I benched 170 lbs. I don't know what my max would be now, but I estimate 180-190 or so.

I haven't been in the weight room in my school for a while.  Almost about a year now because of the sports I do.  I can remember the last time I had benched, I managed to do about 100 pounds.  That's decently good for people my age.  That's not my max though, I can do ten reps of that and then repeat two more times.
