I've gone 2 minutes before, but that was really pushing it and I had to do some breathing exercises to start myself off.  I know there are some folks that can hold theirs for a good chunk of time though, haha.

dragon111 : Yeah ... it was on one of those timed machines at a zoo, I believe.  You grabbed the handlebars and held on while you held your breath.  By the end of it I was totally light headed and fidgeting.  It was a neat accomplishment though!

Eh..I used to be able to hold it up to 2 mins or more when I was 19 and planning on enlisting in the marine corps... now that I didn't enlist...(because of probation at the time), I'm able to hold my breath for about a minute and 20 seconds give or take.

I have lost my "in shape" features to be honest... I still have skills though yada yada, lol.
