I am angry with work.

I am angry with my partner for being even less understanding, well he is a man!

I am angry with my dog for peeing on my carpet.

God tells us to turn the other cheek, but they are raw from all the slaps I have had recently.

What does God say, love unto other as you would yourself. That's the problem I have had such bad luck I can t feel much love only pity and that pity manifests in anger.

Ephesians 4:26BE ANGRY, AND yet DO NOT SIN; do not let the sun go down on your anger,
Proverbs 29:11
A fool gives full vent to his anger, but a wise man keeps himself under control

The feeling of anger itself is natural and although one can learn to be calmer and more patient therefore limiting the situations where you get angry. It is not something that will ever be eliminated. The sin is what you do with your anger. Do you restrain yourself and let God work, or allow yourself to direct it at someone and feel hostility toward that thing or person, and thereby do foolish things.

Some more scripture, Proverbs 16:32 Better to be patient than powerful; better to have self-control than to conquer a city. James 1:19 Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry.

As humans, sometimes it is just too easy to question our circumstances and just kinda wallow in pain. The advice that I believe I am instructed to give is to persevere, be patient, and let God speak. You never know, maybe he'll find you a solution. Or maybe he is using these events to build you up as a person. I'm not saying any of this is easy. I'd probably fail a couple of these tomorrow. We're human. But the more you let God in and saturate yourself with Godly things, the more they'll manifest on the outside and you may feel better.

Take a look at your situation from the outside in. There is so many people who do not have the same blessings that we may have. It is important to appreciate the little things in your life. You can get upset about having car problems, but at least you have a car and have ability to drive. Money is tight? You could be homeless, cold  and starving. God carries us through the hard times in our life. When you are low put it in God's hands.Accept the things you cannot control and make good choices when you can control them. Time and prayer will heal all.
