I actually don't have a clue what types there are of cheese. I know there is Cheddar and Mozzarella, but I actually don't know the differences between them. Obviously there's the taste. But, I don't go into a  restaurant/food place and say 'Can I have a Pizza with ... Mozzarella cheese' They just give me cheese on the Pizza, LOL. That's why favourite cheese. Pizza Cheese. I don't have a clue what it's called, but It's my favourite!

I just like cheese in general. I don't really have a favorite kind. It all depends on what I'm about to eat.

- If I'm about to eat a sandwich with ham on it, I like to use Swiss.
- If my dad ever grills tomatoes, I like to use Feta.
- If I'm eating scrambled eggs for breakfast or macaroni and cheese with dinner, I like to use Cheddar.
- If I'm eating spaghetti, obviously Parmesan would be the way to go.

I think cheese is a lot like wine...it goes with all different kinds of foods and everyone develops a personal taste for each one.
